Subscription Terms: By selecting a subscription option, you authorize OPTILIFE to automatically charge your provided payment method at the frequency selected (e.g., every 30 days) until you cancel.

Cancellation: To avoid being charged for your next cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date through your customer portal or by contacting customer-service@opti-life.us.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. You represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to use the credit card provided for the purchase.
