Refund policy
Optilife has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Due to health and safety regulations for ingestible products (wellness gummies), to be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unopened and factory-sealed.
In the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, sampled, or if the safety seal is broken.
2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your Customer Portal. To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled ship date.
Refunds are not issued for subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped.
Cancellation requests made after the 48-hour window will apply to the following billing cycle.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you must contact us at customer-service@opti-life.us.
Return Address: Once your return is accepted, please send your package to our facility in Miami, Florida. (Please contact us first for the full shipping address).
Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at customer-service@opti-life.us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
Sale items or Gift cards.
Perishable goods (items with an expired "Best By" date at the time of the return request).
6. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must still be unopened, factory-sealed, and in its original packaging.
8. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
